These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Arigopay mobile application, website, and related financial services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Arigopay Fintech Solutions ("Arigopay", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
"Account" means a registered user account with Arigopay. "User" means any individual or entity who accesses or uses the Services. "Wallet" means the digital wallet provided within the Arigopay platform. "Transaction" means any transfer, payment, withdrawal, deposit, or financial instruction initiated through Arigopay.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You agree to provide accurate information and complete KYC verification where required.
Arigopay provides digital financial services including wallet services, fund transfers, bill payments, merchant payments, and other related financial technology services. Arigopay is not a bank unless explicitly stated and may partner with licensed financial institutions.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must notify Arigopay immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful activities, fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any prohibited transactions under applicable laws.
Certain transactions may attract service fees. Applicable fees will be disclosed within the app or website before transaction confirmation.
Transactions initiated through your account are considered authorized by you. Arigopay may delay, refuse, or reverse transactions where required by law or risk management policies.
Arigopay complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. We may request additional information and report suspicious activities to regulatory authorities.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our Services, you consent to such processing.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or where required by law.
All intellectual property rights in the Services belong to Arigopay Fintech Solutions. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without written permission.
Arigopay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the preceding 6 months.
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably, failing which they may be referred to arbitration in Nigeria.
Arigopay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
